Women's self-defense techniques are not limited to combat skills, but are comprehensive self-protection actions for women. Therefore, their content should include self-defense concepts, equipment self-defense, and technical self-defense.


Conceptual self-defense

The Four Concepts of Self Defense:

Self defense equipment

(1) Basic concepts

1. To strike the soft with force: Women have small bodies and weak strength, so they need to use small strokes to attack the soft and fragile parts of the opponent's body with hard parts in order to be effective.
